Covid19 Safety Precautions
Self-distancing comes naturally on a yacht, but as you sail off into the sunset, take comfort in the fact that we have taken all the precautions to minimise COVID transmission throughout your boarding process and to ensure that your yacht is contaminate-fee and sparkling clean
Base Check In
Procedures at all bases will follow local government policy concerning personal protective equipment, cleaning and social distancing requirements. Please know that you may be required to wear a face mask; we will provide you with a mask if you do not have an appropriate one to wear. When arriving for check-in, we ask that only one person enter the office to finalise the paperwork. The marina restaurant with lounge area & free WiFi is just a few steps away from our office. You may be required to wait outside for a short time if we are with another customer. Base staff wipe down the countertops and other areas used with disinfectant after each use of the administration area. Where applicable, marina access passes are cleaned with disinfectant when returned.
Our Staff
The staff check their temperatures on arrival at the base each day, observe social distancing guidelines where possible, and alcohol hand-cleanser is freely available throughout the base area. Our base staff must wear face masks when in meeting and assisting clients.
Our Yachts
We disinfect and decontaminate our yachts using a ULV Cold Fogging process. The sanitising agent is FDA approved and is safe and ecologically friendly. Our staff will apply personal protection protocols to ensure their safety. We provide alcohol- based hand sanitiser and disinfectant spray aboard for your protection. Snorkel and other rental equipment is washed thoroughly, disinfected and placed in a disinfected basket or net bags before each charter.
